The Follow‑Up Pregnancy Scan (£79) is a focused reassessment offered exclusively to clients who have previously had a pregnancy scan with Comfort Scan. It is designed to clarify findings that were uncertain, incomplete, or not fully visible during your earlier appointment.
This scan provides a second opportunity to obtain clear visualisation, reassurance, and a structured clinical summary delivered on the same day.
When a Follow‑Up Scan Is Appropriate
A follow‑up scan may be recommended when your previous scan required further clarification, including:
Viability not fully confirmed due to early gestation
Gender not clearly visible
Limited visibility due to fetal position or maternal factors
Any other clinical reason where repeat imaging is beneficial
This scan is a continuation of your previous assessment and is not a full wellbeing or growth scan.
This scan is limited to the specific area requiring reassessment and does not replace a full diagnostic scan.

Eligibility
This scan is available only to clients who have previously had a scan with Comfort Scan.
If your earlier scan was performed elsewhere, you will need to book a standard pregnancy scan instead.
Safeguarding Notice

You must seek urgent NHS care or Early Pregnancy Unit assessment.
How to Prepare
No fasting required
A comfortably full bladder may improve visibility
